The vape cartridges that go through the catchy name “Dank” — a slang phrase for hugely strong cannabis — are figuring prominently during the federal investigation to ascertain what has prompted a rash of mysterious and in some cases fatal lung illnesses seemingly connected to vaping.A minimum of 12 folks have died from these lung illnesses,
